Dr. Paul Savage has been a member of Judge Memorial’s English Department since 1994. He teaches Economics, World History, and AP European History. Additionally, he is an advisor to the Senior Core.

Well respected among students, parents, and co-workers, Dr. Savage is considered as someone who is genuinely devoted to his students and to his profession. "He recognizes the importance of his role as an educator and the impact that has on those he educates. He respects and values that alliance."  While in high school, Dr. Savage was a TA for a teacher who for him was very influential. "I learned so much from him about how to be a better student and a better person."

From more than 20 years of teaching at Judge Memorial, Dr. Savage has cultivated many lasting friendships with his coworkers. Like many others in the Judge community, he considers former colleague and Judge Memorial teacher, Pam Mayeda a role-model whom he greatly admires, “She is a gifted organizer".

A favorite quote of Dr. Savage's is from Jim Rohn:

“'You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with."
