This prestigious honor was made possible through the hard work and dedication of the entire school community. Judge Named 2021 National Blue Ribbon School

Judge Memorial has been selected as a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School, regarded as the nation’s most prestigious academic recognition, coinciding with our 100-year anniversary. The announcement, made by US Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, marks just the second time since 1998 that a Utah high school has received the award since Judge Memorial last earned Blue Ribbon honoree status in 1998. The Challenge Index by Washington Post columnist Jay Mathews names Judge Memorial "One of the top 300 Most Challenging High Schools" nationwide. Judge was also the only high school in Utah to be included in this prestigious ranking. The Challenge Index is the oldest high school ranking system in the country, beginning in 1998 in both Newsweek and The Washington Post.
