Tabish Learning Center

The Tabish Learning Center (TLC) provides support for all students. It is located in a classroom off the library and is staffed with faculty members to proctor, teach and tutor.

The TLC has a ten-computer lab, which all students may use to complete assignments and do research.

A file of make-up tests is kept for each teacher. Students may go to the TLC anytime before, during and after the school day to make-up tests that they have missed. The tests are proctored and then returned to the teacher.

Academically at-risk students may be assigned to the TLC for help with study and organizational skills. No more than ten to fifteen students are scheduled at a time. Students on academic probation and those with a 1.67 or lower GPA are encouraged to make use of the resources available in the TLC. Teachers and peers provide tutoring throughout the day. Anyone may schedule into the Tabish Learning Center for assistance or quiet study time.
