Willful disrespect, defiance, or disobedience including failure to comply with a request from any faculty or staff member of Judge Memorial is considered insubordinate behavior and will result in disciplinary action. The severity of the punishment will be determined by the Dean of Students in consultation with the principal or principal's designee.
