Violations designated as “serious” can result in the student dismissal from Judge Memorial. In general, behaviors that are violations of the law are considered serious violations of the Judge Memorial Code of Conduct, regardless of where or when they occur. The school will contact law enforcement agencies when appropriate for these types of violations.
