Grade reports are issued at four quarterly intervals. Quarterly report cards are sent home with the students except those for 4th quarter, which are mailed. The dates for report cards are listed in the Judge Memorial Planner and the school Web site. Please contact your student’s counselor if you do not receive a report card or have any concerns about the report card. Parents or guardians will receive in the mail a computer code and instructions for accessing grade information via the Internet. Contact your student’s counselor if you do not have access to the Internet and would like progress reports more often than every quarter. Students age 18 and over are treated the same as younger students, with parent or guardian having full access to grades and records until the student graduates. Semester grades reported after the 2nd and 4th quarters are the permanent grades and are recorded on the student’s transcript.
