2008 Graduation Agreement

The following agreement must be completed, signed by a parent and student, and returned to the Counseling Office by CP, Thursday, May 1st.  It is expected that all Judge seniors will participate in practices/rehearsals, Baccalaureate and Commencement exercises.  However, students may not participate in any of the practices or ceremonies if this form is not in by Thursday, May 1st.

I have read the information regarding practices for Baccalaureate and Commencement. I understand the importance of my total cooperation for all events and ceremonies, and promise to arrive on schedule and to participate in a spirit of cooperation.  I understand, if I miss any practice (for a serious reason), that such an absence must be approved by Ms. Alamilla, or Ms. Rowland before May 1st.  Failure to abide by these expectations will result in serious consequences.  I understand that if I do not meet the Judge graduation requirements I will not be allowed to participate in either ceremony. I understand that any misbehavior on my part during either ceremony will result in a delay in receiving my diploma.  I understand that if my conduct during the 4th quarter is unsatisfactory or if I fail to attend every practice, I may not be allowed to participate in the Baccalaureate and Graduation ceremonies.

My parent/guardianÕs as well as my signature below indicate that we have read the schedule and requirements for graduation activities and are supportive of them.  In addition, my parent/guardian gives me permission to be transported to/from the Baccalaureate/Graduation events as indicated below.
