2012 Judge Memorial Catholic High School Parent/Teacher Conferences Schedule

Held in both the fall and the spring, Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an opportunity for parents to speak individually with their student's academic teachers and/or guidance counselors.

When:

• Thursday, March 1, from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Student Hours:

• Students will be dismissed at 1:35 p.m. on Thursday

Parking:

• Permit zones surrounding the school will revert to free/exempt parking after 2 p.m. on Thursday.
• As we are an urban campus located in a residential neighborhood, we thank you for being respectful of neighborhood driveways, fire hydrants, bus zones and no parking zones. Although parking is exempt in permitted areas, city parking regulations remain in effect.
• The parking lots to the west and south of our buildings are reserved for teachers and staff throughout the afternoon and evening, and should not be used by parents/guardians. Thank you for your cooperation.

Details:

• No appointments necessary.
• Parents meet with their student's teachers on a first come – first served basis.
• Student schedules will be available in the cafeteria.
• Faculty listing and subject location handouts will be available in both front school foyers.
• Please note that half of the faculty will take a dinner break from 4 to 4:30 p.m., and the other will break from 4:30 to 5 p.m. Plan your attendance accordingly.
• Parents who are unable to attend on March 1 are encouraged to contact individual teachers via e-mail to set up individual conversations.
