Judge Student's letter in Public Forum

It has been brought to my attention how we treat the animals that we slaughter. It is absolutely disgusting and despicable.

Who or what gave people the idea that it is OK to feed chickens so many steroids and so much food that they become so massively overweight that their legs cave from the pressure. Does that not just make you sick?

Who gave us the right to say that we can torture animals? Just because they can’t talk and can’t reason does not mean they can’t and don’t suffer. Does that thought ever cross the killer’s sick and demented mind?

We should learn about how our food is treated before it is our food.
