Top Ten Tips to enjoy your Welcome Home!

  1. Abide by the Shoe Policy! You will be visiting various sections of the school including the main hallway, cafeteria, dance studio and gymnasium. Wear those penny loafers, saddle shoes, or old sneakers (we love our red shoes around here!). Pay close attention to the shoe policy so you can avoid detention(!) and be comfortable for the evening.

  2. What’s that Dress Code again? It’s a high school theme, so have some fun with the dress code! Now is not the time to wear those fancy clothes, unless you want to wear that old prom dress or a powder blue leisure suit, and hey, that’s your call. Pull out that letterman sweater, high school sweatshirt, old school uniform. Be true to your school!

  3. Not your typical school lunch indeed! Tonight is the night to enjoy a special, high-end menu prepared especially for the Gala ’10 by Cuisine Unlimited. Mac and cheese? Bring it! Sausage Sliders? You betcha! Lobster corndog? Oh, yes we did!

  4. Join the Hall Pass Challenge! Mix, mingle, and reminisce – visit the spots listed on the school map, get a stamp from a ‘class rep,’ and take a walk down memory lane. All those who get their Hall Pass Challenge Card stamped will be entered into a special drawing for an exclusive prize. There are 90 years of Judge history to explore and experience; take it all in.

  5. Get Involved! There are no cliques at this school, just old friends, new friends, and friends you haven’t met yet. This year’s Gala features a relaxed and informal format to give you more time to enjoy the party, the conversation, and the laughter with other Bulldogs.

  6. Shop! Shop! Shop ‘til you drop! Buy your holiday gifts, birthday gifts, graduation gifts. You will find awesome items and services from great businesses at amazing prices. For those loved ones who are difficult to buy gifts for, we have one-of-a-kind packages. Who says only teenagers know how to shop?! Preview featured Live Auction items before the Gala and save time.

  7. Parking passes are limited, so plan ahead! This is Judge, in the City, and parking was, is and always will be a challenge. Plan ahead to avoid parking hassle. Arrange to carpool, assign a designated driver. A little planning now will make it a great night for all.

  8. Who doesn’t love a party?! You’ll find 19 different party boards to choose from at this year’s Gala. There is something for everyone – all ages, all interests, all year long. Plan your social calendar for the year all in one place. What could be easier … or better?!

  9. A little moderation goes a long way, except for when you are shopping :-). We all like to have fun, and no one has more fun than the Bulldogs! Enjoy responsibly this evening. Remember, one of our volunteer hosts will be happy to assist in hailing a cab if so needed, for any reason. You may need that extra vehicle to haul all your loot back home!

  10. Relax. Enjoy. Have fun. Just chill. This is your school; this is OUR school. You are attending because you are invested in Judge, as is everyone else around you. We Believe, Bulldogs! We Believe!
