Celebrating Commencement '10: Academic Awards presented at Baccalaureate

The Faculty of Judge Memorial Catholic High School takes great satisfaction in presenting the following Academic Awards to the graduating class of 2010. These awards were presented at the 2010 Baccalaureate Mass, held on Thursday evening, May 27, 2010, at The Cathedral of the Madeleine.

The St. Patrick's Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Theology are awarded to Casandra Esparza and Parker Mildenhall.

The St. Mary of the Assumption Academic Awards for excellence in Peer Ministry are awarded to Laura Lighty and Anthony Minjarez.

The St. Vincent de Paul Soup Kitchen and Weigand Center Academic Awards for excellence in Christian Service are awarded to Sierra Allegra and Jonathan Nolan.

The Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Academic Awards for excellence in English are awarded to Jennifer Gardner and Marcel Gaztambide.

The Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Academic Awards for excellence in AP English Language is awarded to Michael Hanover.

The Sacred Heart Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Art (advanced ceramics) is awarded to Drew Abby.

The St. Martin de Porres Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Dance are awarded to Jessica Gaffney and Michael Hanover.

The St. Marguerite Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Music are awarded to Lagi Netzler (vocal music), Alexander Benjamin (instrumental music) and Madeleine Rice (AP Music).

The St. Francis Xavier Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Drama are awarded to Lexie Stuivenvolt Allen (actress) and Ian Briggs (technical theatre).

The Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Spanish is awarded to Jennifer Gardner.

The Blessed Sacrament Parish Academic Awards for excellence in French is awarded to Casandra Esparza.

The St. Thomas More Parish Academic Awards for excellence in German is awarded to Anna Adams.

The St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Latin is awarded to Lagi Netzler.

The St. Olaf's Parish Academic Awards for excellence in AP Calculus are awarded to Amanda Khoury and Jennifer Gardner.

The St. Rose of Lima Parish Academic Awards for excellence in AP Biology is awarded to Jennifer Gardner.

The Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Magna Academic Awards for excellence in Chemistry is awarded to Maximilian Lamb.

The St. Vincent de Paul Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Advanced Physics is awarded to Amanda Khoury.

The St. Catherine of Siena Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Physical Education/Health are awarded to Erica Martinez and Alex Lenzen.

The St. John the Baptist Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Computer Science are awarded to Ian Briggs and Michael Stebner.

The St. Ann's Academic Awards for excellence in Social Studies for Economics is awarded to Drew Abby.

The Immaculate Conception Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Social Studies for U.S. Government and Politics is awarded to Michael Hanover.

The Immaculate Conception Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Social Studies for American Government is awarded to Amanda Khoury.

The St. Jude Maronite Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Social Studies for Comparative Government and Politics is awarded to Craig Domeier.

The St. Joseph the Worker Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Debate is awarded to Michael Stebner.

The Our Lady of the Snows Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Journalism are awarded to Roselyn Neville (newspaper) and Katie Hoskins (literary magazine).

The Saints Peter and Paul Parish Academic Awards for excellence in Social Studies for AP Psychology is awarded to Cassandra Adams.

Judge Memorial Catholic High School Sheeran Awards for the Outstanding Scholar-Athletes are awarded to Maximilian Lamb and Mikelle Mancini.

Judge Memorial Catholic High School Monsignor James T. Kenny Awards for the Outstanding Scholar-Participants in Activities are awarded to Craig Domeier and Laura Lighty.

The St. Ambrose Parish Award for the Highest Grade Point Average attained during the Senior Year are awarded, in a tie, to Michael Hanover, Amanda Khoury and Maxilimian Lamb.

The Cathedral of the Madeleine Parish Award for the Grail Chapter of the National Honor Society Awards for the Highest Scholastic Averages attained for the past four years are awarded to Maximilian Lamb and Parker Mildenhall, co-valedictorians.

Judge Memorial Catholic High School recognizes the following students with the award of First Honors Status. The First Honors Graduates are recognized for achievement in AP and Honors Courses: Meghan Brockmeyer, Carrie Curtin, Craig Domeier, Jessica Gaffney, Jennifer Gardner, Isabelle Ghabash, Michael Hanover, C.
