March 11: Parent/Teacher Conferences

2010 Judge Memorial Catholic High School Parent/Teacher Conferences Schedule

Held in both the fall and the spring, Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an opportunity for parents to speak individually with their student's academic teachers and/or guidance counselors.

When:

  • Thursday, March 11, from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Student Hours:

  • Students will be dismissed at 12 noon on Thursday

Parking:

  • Permit zones surrounding the school will revert to free/exempt parking after 2 p.m. on Thursday.
  • As we are an urban campus located in a residential neighborhood, we thank you for being respectful of neighborhood driveways, fire hydrants, bus zones and no parking zones. Although parking is exempt in permitted areas, city parking regulations remain in effect.
  • The parking lots to the west and south of our buildings are reserved for teachers and staff throughout the afternoon and evening, and should not be used by parents/guardians. Thank you for your cooperation.

Details:

  • No appointments necessary.
  • Parents meet with their student's teachers on a first come – first served basis.
  • Student schedules will be available in the cafeteria.
  • Faculty listing and subject location handouts will be available in both front school foyers.
  • Please note that faculty will take a short dinner break on Tuesday according the schedule below. Plan your attendance accordingly.
  • This is designed as a 'parents only' event and we encourage you to attend without your student.

Special Seminar:

  • The National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA) is excited to bring a “College Recruiting Simplified” presentation to Judge on March 11, beginning at 7 p.m.
  • The hour-long seminar is scheduled to take place in the Auditorium and is open to ALL SPORTS and ALL GRADE LEVELS.
  • This presentation is filled with tools and inspiration to help families know how to navigate the recruiting process and designed to assist those student-athletes who have aspirations of continuing their sport in college.
  • Most importantly, “College Recruiting Simplified” reiterates that the most valuable goal anyone should strive for is a college education.

  • Faculty Dinner: March 11 from 4:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. for Science, English, Theology, Electives.
