We will not buy some softcover textbooks, workbooks, lab manuals or other books students typically write in for classes.
How much can students expect to receive for their books? Students can expect to receive between 25-40% of the new textbook price for titles that are going to be used again on campus. Prices are primarily upon the condition, adoption status, and total demand for the book.
How did the change in book availability come about? In response to parent and student concerns, Judge Memorial investigated options for a more efficient textbook management system. Purchasing textbooks on both a semester and yearly schedule was proving increasingly costly, inventory and storage space wer limited, and staff labor costs and times were rising. In addition, long lines at the beginning of the year drew significant complaints. Varsity Books provides parents and students a convenient, user-friendly shopping experience at a customized online bookstore.
