Please Note: This is a special announcement for those planning on attending the Parent-Teacher Conferences on either Wednesday or Thursday this week. Judge Memorial has had some technical issues with its grade program, PowerSchool, this week. The program has been working intermittently the past few days and, unfortunately, the program failed on Tuesday. We are in constant consultation with the vendor, however, it does not appear that PowerSchool will be up and working in time for this week’s parent conferences. Teachers are prepared to meet with you but may not have detailed grading information on your student. Please know that we are working diligently to rectify the problem and wanted you to have advance notice. Thank you for your patience. Our faculty look forward to seeing you at school this week.

When:

• Wednesday, November 5, from 2 – 7 pm
• Thursday, November 6, from 2 – 5 pm

Student Hours:

• Students will be dismissed at 1:35 pm on both Wednesday and Thursday.
• School will be in full session Friday, November 7.

Parking:

• Exempt Street Parking On Both Days Beginning At 2 pm

Details:

• No appointments necessary
• Parents meet with their student’s teachers on a first come – first served basis
• Student schedules will be available in the cafeteria
• Faculty listing and subject location handouts will be available in both front school foyers
