Congratulations to all players. We will have a mandatory parent/player meeting on Wednesday, August 1, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in the Judge Memorial Auditorium.

The first Freshman/Sophomore practice is on Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

The first Squad practice is Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.

Soccer Tryout Information

Tryouts for Ladies' Soccer will be held on Monday, July 30 and Tuesday, July 31 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Judge Memorial.

All students who wish to try out must first turn in their required A and B forms to the athletic department and obtain their eligibility card before the first day of tryouts. Mattie Reed will be in the athletic office on Thursday, July 26, from 9:00 AM to Noon to hand out eligibility cards.

Attendance of both days off tryouts is required. Please wear a white T-Shirt. Shin guards are mandatory.

Conditioning Week Schedule

Tryouts are coming on July 30 which means that conditioning starts Monday, July 23. Here is the schedule for conditioning week:

  • Monday: 7 to 9 PM
  • Tuesday: Day off. Suggestion: Go watch Real Salt Lake play Boca Juniors.
  • Wednesday: 7 to 9 PM
  • Thursday: 7 to 9 PM
  • Friday: 7 to 9 PM

All sessions will be in the stadium at Judge Memorial. Please bring cleats AND running shoes.

Time To Get In Shape

There are only a few weeks left to tryouts and the season, which means it's time to start working on your fitness. Here is a workout plan from Coach Hallows:

Conditioning Week runs July 23-27, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM nightly in McCarthey Stadium. Please bring lots of water, your soccer cleats, and a pair of sneakers or running shoes.
