Yearbook 2011-2012: Sponsor A Page Opportunity!

The 2011-2012 Yearbook Staff is seeking families interested in sponsoring specific pages in the yearbook.
For a donation of $50, your family or business name will be highlighted on the bottom of the page of your choice. For an additional $25, you can be on both sides of the spread.
The sponsorships are on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, please rank your top three choices of pages to sponsor. Once we have received your request, we will e-mail you a confirmation.
Please fill out the order form (see file attachments below) and return to the main office or e-mail your information to: jjensen@judgememorial.com.
