The 2011 Lady Bulldogs were led by five veteran seniors, Alex Clark, Ginny Hicks, Hannah Lam, Sarah Villreal and Shea Zanolli. Sophomore Taylor Gustafson and junior Sydney Schafer led a large contingent of committed underclassmen as the Lady Bulldogs returned to Region 10 competition.

The girls finished in a tie for the Region 10 title, their first-ever region title in girls’ volleyball. The girls competed in the UHSAA 3A State playoffs held at UVU in October. All-Region and All-State teams have not yet been announced.

Three recent Lady Bulldogs have gone on to participate in collegiate women's volleyball. Ryley Carman, Class of 2011, now at University of Texas-Permian Basin; Sekola Falemaka, Class of 2010, at UNLV; Kallie McKown, Class of 2010, at the College of Charleston.

Judge and Juan Diego share region volleyball championship

DRAPER — Juan Diego and Judge Memorial Catholic high schools met with the Region 10 volleyball title on the line in a best of five game series on Juan Diego’s court Oct. 18. The two teams were tied in the first two games with identical scores of 25 to 23. Juan Diego won the next two games 25 to 12 and 25 to 17. Read more »

Oct 28: Girls' Volleyball State Playoffs '11

The Judge Memorial Lady Bulldogs basketball team is in the midst of the two-day UHSAA 3A State Tourney at UVU.

Round One Results: Round one saw the Lady Bulldogs fall to a strong Desert Hills team, 3-1 in the 3 p.m. game on court #3. The girls then played Tooele in the 6:15 p.m. game on court #1 and were victorious, 3-0. The squad moves on to play on Friday, October 28 in a 9:30 a.m. game on court #2 in the UVU Activities Center. Following the 2011 regular season, the Judge Memorial Lady Bulldogs finished in a tie for the Region X title with Juan Diego Soaring Eagle. Congratulations to both squads on a great regular season.

By virtue of Region X tiebreakers, it was determined that Juan Diego would enter the State tourney as the #1 seed from Region X and Judge enters as the #2 seed. The 2011 UHSAA 3A State Volleyball Tournament will be held on Thursday and Friday, October 27-28, at Utah Valley University. Read more »

The Bulldogs went 6-3 at the Labor Day Classic, dominating the competition before ending the day with losses to Bingham and Woods Cross. Judge has jumped to a 3-0 start in Region 14 thanks in part to a 3-1 win over Uintah on Sept. 13. Read more »

The energy is back. The results shouldn't be far behind.

On the heels of a listless, disheartening loss to Juan Diego on Tuesday, the Park City High School volleyball team found its energy on Thursday in a spirited match at Judge Memorial High School.
