The Judge Memorial hockey team, coached by Todd Brown, had an outstanding 2011-2012 season, capturing the teams first State championship in over two decades.
The squad's overall record, including exhibition games, was 15-2-1. Graduating seniors for the Bulldogs are Brian Allen, Andrew Bergquist, Nick Brown, Ethan Gosselin, Wilson Lamb and Ryan Thaxton.
Earning Utah High School Hockey Academic All-Star honors were seniors Brian Allen, Nick Brown and Wilson Lamb; juniors Alex Leopardi, Sam Taylor and Marshall Wallace; sophomore Matthew Villar; and frosh Duncan Hickman. Wilson Lamb, senior captain for the Judge Memorial Catholic High School hockey team, was named Utah High School Hockey's "Robinson MVP- North." The UHSH Robinson MVP Awards are named after Jeffrey Glass Robinson, a Judge Memorial Catholic High School student, whose life prematurely ended shortly after his 16th birthday in an automobile accident while on his way to a hockey practice.
The Hockey Team extends a Big Thank You to all the students, faculty, staff, parents and fans for coming out all season to support the team. You made a huge difference this season, and the team appreciates the support. Congratulations to our players and coaches, job well done!

At long last we do have a schedule for National High School Hockey Nationals next week. This is the schedule for round-robin play, Wednesday - Friday, March 21-23, 2012.
All games are at Steiner Ice Center, 645 South Guardsman Way, Salt Lake City. There is an entry fee of $10 per day or $25 pass for all days; passes will be available at the venue.
