Lenten Season at Judge '10

Lent - a season of prayer, fasting and almsgiving.....

The students, faculty and staff of Judge Memorial Catholic High School once again used the forty days of Lent to grow in holiness, solidarity and grace.

The community gathered on Ash Wednesday to celebrate Mass with Father Peter. Campus ministry coordinated a mid-March prayer service and the opportunity for individual Reconciliation. A number of religion classes prayed the Stations of the Cross at Lourdes, while others gathered in the Reflection Garden. Students completed thousands of hours of service, sharing time and blessings with those in greater need. Campus ministry administered Operation Rice Bowl, the Lenten program of Catholic Relief Services that provides overseas and domestic relief and development.

Living the lifestyle, Lent was a season that made the Gospel live.
