The Judge Memorial Catholic High School 2011-2012 boys' basketball team had an outstanding season.
The squad started the season as winners of a national contest to find Rockin' Refuel's 'Most Rockin' Team.' The team visited St. Vincent Sports Performance in Indianapolis for an all-expenses paid, two-day basketball fantasy camp. St. Vincent Sports Performance is one of the country's premier athletic training facilities, training more than 300 professional and amateur athletes. While there the Judge team attended practices with professional basketball players, conducted drills designed to increase their speed and agility and meet with registered dietitians to learn about proper pre-game and post-game nutrition to enhance their game performance.
After challenging 2011 pre-season, the Bulldogs went undefeated in Region 10 play, capturing their 17th region title. Providing outstanding senior leadership this season were Miles Ellis, Jacob Gondrezick (captain), Alex Mancini (captain), Elliott McGill and Christian Stark.
