Semester Exam Schedule 2016-2017: May 2017

Exams: May 24, 25, 26, 2017

  • All semester exams will be taken at the scheduled times.
  • Lunch will not be served in the cafeteria during special exam days. Snack and brunch items will be available from 8A-11A during special exams days.
  • Students will not be dismissed from the exam room until the scheduled time for the completion of the exam.
  • Students who finish the exam early may prepare for their next exam with materials they have brought in their backpacks.
  • Students in the building but not in a scheduled exam are to be in the Cafeteria or other designated study areas. The Learning Commons will be used for testing and not available. All are reminded to be mindful of the exam environment and respect the concentration and quiet study of all students throughout the campus.
  • At the completion of the student's last exam of the day, students are to leave the building. Students staying in the halls may receive detention. Please plan ahead to make after-school transportation and pick-up arrangements.
  • Students with unpaid fines, detention and tuition are not eligible to take exams. Any student who has not completed the consequences by the end of the semester will be liable for suspension. Questions should be directed to the Dean's Office. The second semester deadline to serve detentions, pay fines, and pay tuition is Friday, May 19, 2017.

  • Period 2: 8 - 9:15A, Prayer & Announcements
  • Period 4: 9:35 - 10:50A
  • Period 6: 11:10A - 12:25P
  • 12:25P Dismissal. Students are to leave the building at the completion of their last exam of the day. Please plan ahead to make after-school transportation and pick-up arrangements.
  • Learning Commons is closed and there is no after-school Homework Lab.      
  • Bus for the FrontRunner downtown and to Park City will depart Judge Memorial no later than 12:40P.

  • Period 1: 8 - 9:15A, Prayer & Announcements
  • Period 3: 9:35 - 10:50A
  • Period 7: 11:10A - 12:25P

  • Park City bus pick-up will be 8:15A, FrontRunner Downtown bus pick-up will be at 8:40A
  • Period 8: 9 - 10:15A, Prayer & Announcements
  • Period 5: 10:35 - 11:50A. Students are to leave the building at the completion of their last exam of the day. Please plan ahead to make after-school transportation and pick-up arrangements.
  • Learning Commons is closed and there is no after-school Homework Lab.
