Placement Exam for Incoming 9th Graders
The Judge Memorial placement exam is not an admission test, but informs our school counselors of the student’s academic progress. Students have an opportunity to take the Placement Exam on:
Saturday, January 20 at 8:00 a.m.
(Pre-register by 3:00 p.m. on January 18)
Friday, February 2 at 3:30 p.m.
(Pre-register by 3:00 p.m. on January 25)
The cost of the exam is $25 (check or cash only) due at the day of the exam.

Accuplacer Assessment Test
The results of the Judge Memorial Placement Exam is part of the criteria used by school counselors to place students in courses that meet appropriate skill levels including Honors and AP courses. All incoming students take the Accuplacer Mathematics Assessment Test in April to determine math placement. (Incoming ninth grade students will sit for both the comprehensive incoming Placement Exam in January, and the Accuplacer test in April.)
