Tuition 2010-2011 per student per year
A. Regular Tuition
$9,400 + Enrollment Fee
B. Qualified Catholic Tuition (with a letter signed by your parish pastor) $7,860 + Enrollment Fee
Note: This reflects a minimal tuition increase of 2% from the previous year’s rate due primarily to a modest faculty pay increase and the need to offset facility upkeep and maintenance-related expenses.
Many families, businesses and schools are struggling with the current economy. Knowing this, Judge Memorial asks those families, for whom it might be possible, to consider making a tax-deductible donation to support the programs here at Judge, and to assist those families who made need additional support in this difficult time. One easy way to make a donation is to pay full tuition, even when the Catholic qualified rate may apply.
Financial Tuition Forgiveness
For financial hardship and special circumstances: If you are applying for any amount of tuition forgiveness below the Regular Tuition charge or the qualified Catholic Tuition amount, you must complete a financial forgiveness application (available in the school finance office), and send it along with your check for $20 and all the other forms required to FACTS online before April 15, 2010. Because financial forgiveness is limited, it is imperative that you submit your application and other required forms (tax forms, etc.) before the deadline. A limited amount of financial forgiveness is available and will be allocated at that time. You will be advised by the financial aid office by May 15 of your tuition amount.

International Student Tuition
$14,340.00 base rate + Enrollment Fee (This fee differs significantly for International Students because of additional costs involved.)

Payment Schedule 2010-2011
Enrollment Fee
A $500.00 Enrollment Fee, which includes a general fee and student insurance, is due in the Finance Office by May 1, 2010. The $500.00 enrollment fee is non-refundable.
Graduation Fee
A $125.00 graduation fee is due in the Finance Office by May 1, 2010. This graduation fee is for seniors only.
Tuition Assurance Policy (optional)
A $200.00 purchase fee is due by July 1, 2010. For a description of the Tuition Assurance Policy, please see the pdf document in the file attachments below.

Tuition
Tuition is payable monthly by automatic withdrawal from your bank account through FACTS Management Company according to a pre-set schedule in the amount indicated by the student’s tuition category (regular tuition or qualified Catholic tuition). Monthly payments will begin in June 1010 for all tuition categories. If you are not currently set up with FACTS, a completed FACTS Installment Form must be returned to the school by April 2, 2010. Late tuition fees will be enforced. The pre-set schedule is available on the detailed, two page tuition policy and fee schedule for 2010-2011 in the file attachments below.

LOCK FOR LOCKERS: $6.00. Required at time of matriculation of all freshmen and all upperclassmen. Each student is required to have a school-issued lock on his or her locker. The locks are issued at the time the student enters Judge Memorial and are used by the student during his or her length of enrollment.
GRADUATION FEE: $125.00. Seniors only; due May 1, 2010.
CLASS CHANGE FEE: $25.00. No fee if a class is dropped or added at the direction of the Guidance Department and the Assistant Principal.
MAKE-UP COURSES. Applies to students who receive failure grades and must make up a course/s through instruction by the teacher. Semester credit course make-up - $250.00.
REPLACEMENT OF ACTIVITY CARD and LOCKS: $10.00. Activity Card (during the course of the school year)
REPLACEMENT OF LOST BUS PASS: $40.00
TRANSCRIPTS: $5.00 per transcript.
SPECIAL FEES. Certain courses may have a fee attached. These fees are conditioned by enrollment and are announced prior to the beginning of the course.
LATE TUITION FEE: $25.00. Includes late payments and missed payments. Fee will apply per infraction. An additional 1.5% per month on all amounts over 30 days.
RETURNED CHECK FEE: $25.00.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT FEE: $41.00. Deducted from your bank account by FACTS annually. One fee per family.
