Any Epicurean Club member that would like to meet over Christmas break and plan future events, please meet in Mr. Soran's room in the gym after school today for a short meeting.

Calling all Epicureans!

Mr. Soran will hold a class this Tuesday, November 2, after school for Juniors and Seniors. There is a sig-nup sheet outside his door, Gym 231. Space limited to the first 30 who sign up, and cost will be $5.

Judge Epicurean Society – More than just a Cooking Club!

~ a message from Mr. Tim Soran

After many years as the coordinator of the summer, Culinary Arts Program, Mr. Tim Soran will be wearing another Chef’s Toque, as the moderator of Judge’s new Epicurean Society.

This Judge activity will endeavor to teach students how to better “appreciate” the subtleties of various food flavors, which food combinations are most often successful, and which beverages pair well with the food they are serving. Read more »
